The modifictions will not only permit FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERS, those who have NOT had an interest in a principal residence for 3 years prior to purchase
BUT WILL ALSO INCLUDE CURRENT HOMEOWNERS, those who have used the home sold or being sold as a principal residence consecutively for 5 or the previouse 8 years.
FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERS WILL RECEIVE 10% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE UP TO $8,000.
CURRENT HOMEOWNERS WILL RECEIVE 10% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE UP TO $6,500
